Rediscover Strength with Baby and Me Yoga Classes
Join us for Baby and Me Yoga six weeks after birth (or with doctor's approval) and bring your baby! We will move through traditional yoga postures to tone a mother's body after delivery and begin to feel your core strength coming back. Baby & Me Yoga incorporates breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class and finish with singing children's songs. Come to celebrate your new child and share this special time bonding with your baby and other new moms. Dads, relatives, caretakers, and friends are welcome, too.
This 1 hour and 15 min. class is held every Thursday morning. If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, feel free. Otherwise, we do have mats available for you to use, we just ask that they are wiped down after each use. We also provide all of the yoga props such as blankets, blocks, etc. to make a variety of postures possible and comfortable for everyone.
Top Reasons to Choose Baby and Me Yoga Classes
Postpartum recovery takes time and support. Our Mommy and Me Yoga classes are designed to gently rebuild strength, restore balance, and support your emotional well-being after birth. Each session focuses on safe movements that help you reconnect with your body while also supporting your baby’s nervous system through soothing motion and gentle interaction.
If you’ve already attended prenatal yoga classes, this is a natural next step. This class is a special time for you as a mom. Baby yoga adds rhythm and connection to those quiet bonding moments, helping both of you feel more present and in sync.
Why Yoga is the Ultimate Bonding Activity
In our Baby and Me Yoga experience, you’ll share stretches, songs, and snuggles, all designed to deepen your connection. These classes aren’t about perfect poses; they’re about showing up as you are and building confidence together.
From supporting pre-crawling babies in tummy time to encouraging co-regulation, each pose supports your baby’s development while giving you a gentle workout. You’ll learn practical moves you can continue at home as part of your regular baby yoga practice.
If you're looking for additional ways to bond with your baby (and other moms!), we would love to welcome you into one of our infant Mommy and Me classes.
